Not a good week as i had ended my week with a severe diahorrea and vomitting.
was on my way to recovery on monday, and as i went to get a pair of batteries from my groceries shop, i suddenly thought of one sentence :"反普归真"
And i sort of had a sudden flash through of all that i have learnt for my wushu and realise from the beginning of the routines to the end of the routines it always goes back to the basic form. Nothing fancyful.. that i believe is traditional wushu.
Maybe it's my crazy thinking but i guess i think like this ha ha..
